Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of disposable dental and medical stores as per the detailed list of 48 items including examination instruments, hygienic plastic bags, impression trays, protective covers, handpiece cartridges, elastic ligatures, and other dental consumables. The procurement is intended to fulfill the requirements of the Pakistan Navy for the fiscal year 2026-27 with delivery scheduled between 1st July 2026 and 30th June 2027.
The tender follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure with technical and commercial offers submitted separately. Evaluation criteria include firm registration, technical compliance, and financial capability. The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically evaluated bidder. Payment terms include 80% on inspection acceptance and 20% after issuance of delivery receipt. Strict compliance with quality, packaging, and delivery timelines is mandated.
