Privatisation Commission Islamabad invites bids from reputed firms/companies based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on FBR’s Active Taxpayer’s List (ATL) for supply of desktop computers, scanners, printers, interactive touch screens, multimedia projectors, audio conference systems, and air conditioners. The tender follows a single stage-one envelope procedure with bids to be submitted by 11th December 2025 till 12:00 hours. The scope includes provision, installation, configuration, and successful testing of equipment with standard warranty and compliance to technical specifications. Bidders must be authorized dealers of original equipment manufacturers and provide proof of registration and financial soundness. Delivery is expected within 15 days of purchase order issuance, with financial bids opened only for technically qualified firms.
