Tender Description
The Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-6/2, invites sealed bids for the award of a canteen/cafeteria contract to serve over 3000 students and 225 staff members. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance. Eligible firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have at least three years of relevant experience in government or reputed institutions.
Bidders are required to submit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 and provide financial stability certificates along with other mandatory documents. The contract includes provision of various food items as per specified rates, with the contractor responsible for gas cylinder arrangements. The tender process will be conducted transparently via EPADs, with bids opened on 30th November 2025 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
