Tender Description
National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Islamabad is seeking qualified GST/NTN registered firms or contractors experienced in operations and maintenance of multi-storied office buildings for janitorial services in the NEECA building.
Bidding will follow the National Competitive Bidding process under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 500,000 and provide valid registration documents. Bids are to be submitted online via the EPADS portal with hard copies also required for consideration. NEECA reserves the right to accept or reject bids in compliance with PPRA Rules 2004.
