Tender Description
The University of Malakand invites sealed bids through EPADS for the printing and supply of wall paper calendars and table calendars. The tender includes 1000 units of wall paper calendars sized 18x23 with 4 pages of art paper and ring binding, and 1000 units of table calendars sized 20x30/8 (10x7.5 inch) with 13 leaves printed on both sides with hard card paper and ring binding.
Bidders must be authorized dealers or general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, KPRA, and reflected on the active taxpayer list of FBR & KPRA. The tender documents are available on EPADS and must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000. Bid security of 2% of bid cost is required. The tender opening will be held on 29th December 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the University of Malakand.
