Tender Description
The Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh (Fisheries Sector) Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement and improvement of various items and services for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement includes improvement of solar systems at fish hatcheries, enhancement of Keenjhar Conservation and Information Centre, procurement of furniture and fixtures, training materials, and fish nurseries along with lithium batteries for SAFRI in Chilya, Thatta.
Bidders must have valid registration with Income Tax and GST authorities and provide a security deposit of 5% of the total bid. The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope procedure, requiring submission of technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope. The contract includes a 5-year warranty and quality assurance certificate upon completion. The bids will be opened on December 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the PMU office in Karachi.
