Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Smart Energy Meters under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) loan 4567-PAK for the Power Distribution Strengthening Project (PDSP). The scope includes design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of smart meters with remote disconnection/reconnection capabilities and PTA compliant 4G communication modules.
The project covers three lots involving single-phase and three-phase AMI meters for various connection types including high loss feeders, tubewells, and commercial connections. The contract is on a turnkey basis for selected areas of LESCO with a total of over 130,000 meters to be installed and commissioned.
