Tender Description
SME Bank Limited (under liquidation) invites sealed bids for the auction and sale of office premises located at Plot No. B-9-B/3, Site Area, Karachi. The premises cover a total area of 3294 sq. ft. including ground and mezzanine floors and are offered on an 'as is where is' basis.
Interested parties must submit sealed bids along with a refundable earnest money of Rs. 2.5 million. The successful bidder will be required to pay the bid amount in three tranches within specified timelines. The bank will facilitate transfer and possession after full payment. The auction is open to Pakistani nationals and registered companies/firms. Bids must be submitted by 19 December 2025 by 3:30 pm.
