Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of a 3 KW hybrid solar power system at the Taluka Bar Kashmore under the District & Sessions Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot in Sindh. The project involves supply, installation, and commissioning of solar inverters, panels, lithium batteries, wiring, and accessories to ensure sustainable power supply for court operations in Kandhkot.
The scope includes high-quality Tier-1 MonoPERC 580W solar panels, Inverex Nitrox hybrid inverters with 97% efficiency, and lithium-ion deep cycle batteries. The installation site is the Taluka Bar Kashmore, where the system will be mounted on rust-proof coated MS pipe framing designed to withstand winds up to 150 km/h. The project demands precise engineering and adherence to standards to ensure durability and performance in the local climate.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in solar system installations. Compliance with PEC categories and registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR is mandatory. The tender requires a bid security of PKR 18,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000. The contract includes a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation services. Bidders should ensure their GST, NTN, and vendor numbers are valid for the fiscal year 2025-26.
The submission deadline is set for 28th February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM in the Conference Hall of the District & Sessions Court Complex, Kandhkot.
