Tender Description
The Agriculture Department Balochistan invites sealed tenders for the execution of various development works under the PSDP 2026-27 scheme specifically for District Quetta East. The project involves the development of dug wells, installation of solar pumping systems on these wells, and the provision of low delta fruit plants, oilseed/pulses, and fodder seeds along with land preparation. The technical scope includes installation of solar pumping systems, water supply works, and general civil engineering works. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with specialized codes CE09(ii) for Water Supply, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, and EE11(vi) for Solar Installation. The bidding firm must submit audit reports and balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26. The estimated cost is **PKR 25,726,228**. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit (refundable) or Bank Guarantee. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM) Quetta upon payment of **PKR 1,500**.
The tender submission deadline is **09 October 2026 till 09:00 AM** with tender opening at 10:00 AM the same day at the Deputy Director Agriculture office. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority.
