Providing and Fixing Solar Geysers 35 Gallons Capacity

The Kohistan Wildlife Division (Wildlife Department) under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors for the provision and installation of solar geysers with a capacity of 35 gallons. This procurement is based in Pattan and follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope bidding system. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above, hold valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and possess a valid NTN with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 36,000 is required along with a tender fee of Rs. 540. Bidders should submit their electronic bids via the E-Bidding system before the deadline of 06-10-2026 at 12:15 P.M. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:45 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kohistan Wildlife Division, Pattan.
