Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is procuring comprehensive website hosting, email hosting, and web security services for its official website www.statelife.com.pk. The contract includes hosting on secure Tier-3 compliant data centers within Pakistan, cloud-based email solutions with advanced anti-spam and security features, and enterprise-level web security including WAF, CDN, and DDoS protection.
The contract duration is initially one year, extendable up to two additional years by mutual consent. The scope covers server hosting, backup, recovery, 24/7 technical support, and compliance with stringent security standards to protect customer data. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and PPRA e-procurement system, and demonstrate technical and financial capability as per tender requirements.
