Provision of Video Making Services at Test Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) invites sealed bids from suppliers and contractors for the provision of video making services at test centers located in various districts and cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract will be governed under Rule 31(A) framework and will follow a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and relevant Sales Tax Departments and comply with government regulations. Bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria are available upon request. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system by the specified deadline and accompanied by a bid security in the form of a CDR.
