Tender Description
Cantonment Board Malir (CBM) intends to outsource conservancy services including solid waste management in its jurisdiction. The contract involves daily garbage lifting, removal of garden refuse, debris, construction material, and leveling of open spaces and roadsides using mechanical fleet.
The contract duration is three years with a 10% enhancement after the first year. Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience and be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bid process follows a single stage two envelopes procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately.
