Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I Areas for Four Years

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Sutra Punjab Authority invites unconditional bids from eligible bidders or joint ventures for the outsourcing of solid waste management services along with available resources for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I areas. The contract period is four years, extendable by another two years. Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system as per Rule 38 (2)(a) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban-I Areas The estimated price for the 4-year contract is Rs. 13,197.36 million. A bid security of 1% in the shape of CDR, BG, DD, PO, or BC amounting to Rs. 131.974 million is required and must be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience as per bidding documents. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026, at 1100 hours. Completed bids must be submitted online on or before September 30, 2026, by 1400 hours. Technical bids will be opened online the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission and all responsibilities lie with the bidder through the e-Procurement system.
