Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of NIV dressing medical and surgical items comprising 31 different items as per the attached Annex A list. The procurement is intended to fulfill the Pakistan Navy's requirements for medical stores with specifications and quality standards as per PVMS/NIV lists. Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027 with compliance to shelf life and packaging standards.
The tender follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure with technical and commercial offers submitted separately. Evaluation criteria include firm registration, technical compliance, and brand evaluation. Payment terms are 80% after inspection and 20% after issuance of delivery receipt. Earnest money and other regulatory documents are mandatory for participation.
