Procurement of Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas of Government Unani Section Khairpur

The Health Department Government of Sindh, through the Office of the District Health Officer Khairpur, invites bids for the procurement of Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas under the Government Unani Section in Khairpur for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas (181 Line Items) The medicines are intended for use in the Government Unani Section under the administrative control of the District Health Officer Khairpur. Bidders must be authorized distributors or registered suppliers of Unani Drugs/Medicines and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB as applicable. The procurement covers a comprehensive list of 181 line items of Unani medicines. Eligibility criteria include registration on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List, authorization as distributors or suppliers, and compliance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. A bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is required, and the tender fee is Rs. 3,000. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Hard copy or manual bids will not be accepted. Late, conditional, telegraphic, or faxed bids will be rejected. The tender submission deadline is 28th September 2026.
