Supply of Medicine and Related Items by Balochistan Excise and Taxation Department Quetta

The Balochistan Excise and Taxation Department Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of medicine and related items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The vendor must establish lawful purchase, supply, and warranty chain for the supplied products. Submission of a valid Drug Sale Licence or authorization in the relevant category is mandatory. Eligibility criteria include assignments of similar nature and complexity, a minimum turnover of 5,000,000 PKR in the last three years, presence in active tax payer list, and no blacklisting or suspension by any government department or procuring agency. Joint ventures are not permitted. Bid security of 250,000 PKR must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
