Tender Description
The High Commission of Pakistan in London and its Consulates in Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester, and Glasgow invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced companies for establishing Facilitation Centres to provide consular services. The selected service provider will operate these centres in key UK cities.
The scope includes data processing for Passport (MRP), NADRA, visa, legalization, police character certificates, and related consular services. The procurement follows a two-stage, two-envelope procedure requiring separate financial and technical proposals.
