This tender invites pre-qualification applications from firms/workshops in Lahore for the supply of spare parts and provision of repair and maintenance services for official 04/02 wheelers including vehicles of brands such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, ISUZU, Suzuki, and Hino. The scope includes mechanical, electrical, denting, painting, suspension work, oil changes, battery supply, wheel alignment, and AC services. The pre-qualification is for the financial year 2025-26 with a possibility of extension for two more years. The process will be conducted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and includes evaluation based on tax registration, workshop competence, availability of genuine parts, financial soundness, and experience. Successful firms will enter into an open framework agreement with the organization.
