Tender Description
This tender invites quotations for the complete maintenance and parts replacement of a tractor model PIA-1971 at the Rawalpindi/Islamabad station. The scope includes engine overhaul, transmission work, radiator and hose pipe replacement, and other related repair and alteration works. The maintenance work requires high-quality parts, preferably made in Japan, and includes a minimum six-month warranty on all supplies and alteration work.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by the specified deadline. Manual bids without electronic submission are not allowed. The tender also requires submission of earnest money and tender fees via pay order.
