Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of a 6 kW solar power system at the District & Sessions Court located in the Judicial Complex, Jamshoro. The procurement is managed by the District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro, focusing on power and solar equipment to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability at the court premises.
The project involves supplying and installing a hybrid 6 kW solar system including Inverex Nitrox inverter, Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion battery bank, mounting structures, wiring, and all associated electrical items. The installation will be carried out at the Judicial Complex in Jamshoro, requiring adherence to high standards for materials and workmanship. The system must be fully operational upon handover, with complete internal connectivity from inverter output to the main distribution board. The site demands careful engineering to ensure durability and performance, including rust-proof mounting capable of withstanding winds up to 150 km/h.
Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with category C6 and relevant electrical codes, be registered with Sindh Revenue Board and Federal Board of Revenue, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Compliance with PEC and FBR requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory. The tender also requires submission of an affidavit confirming no blacklisting and possession of a documented Health, Safety, and Environment policy. Technical bids will be evaluated on responsiveness, experience, and capacity before financial evaluation.
The submission deadline is set for 11:00 AM on 8th April 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on 9th April 2026 at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order. The contract includes a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation.
