Hiring of Consultant(s)/Consultancy Firm(s)/Joint Ventures for 3rd Party Annual Assessment/Verification of IESCO’s Five Years Investment Plan for FY 2023-24 to FY 2027-28

National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites applications for hiring services of consultants, consultancy firms, or joint ventures to conduct a third-party annual assessment and verification of IESCO’s five-year investment plan covering fiscal years 2023-24 to 2027-28. This engagement aims to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the investment plan through independent evaluation. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 29th December 2025 at 1400 hours, with proposals to be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADs). The tender documents and addendum/corrigendum are accessible on NEPRA and PPRA websites. The process follows a Quality plus Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method to ensure a balanced evaluation of quality and cost.
