Tender Description
PASSCO intends to borrow up to PKR 549 billion for wheat under Commodity Operation Financing for the quarter January to March 2026. The financing is open to all commercial banks including conventional and Islamic banks regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan, with bids invited for the lowest markup rates.
The loan will be locked for three months with a fixed spread and bids will be ranked from lowest to highest markup rates. The purpose is to regularize the outstanding loan of PASSCO for commodity operations. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA's EPAD system by the deadline, and no manual submissions will be accepted.
