Commodity Operation Financing for Wheat Oct-Dec 2026 by Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited

Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites offers for Commodity Operation Financing for wheat (outstanding and fresh) along with markup rates for the quarter October to December 2026. PASSCO intends to borrow up to **PKR 494 billion** from banks under this financing scheme for the specified quarter. Items being procured: - Commodity Operation Financing for Wheat (Outstanding / Fresh) for Quarter October to December 2026 The financing will be conducted through the PPRA's EPAD System where banks are invited to submit bids for the lowest markup rates. Bidding documents containing the prescribed bidding format are available on PPRA's EPAD System and have also been uploaded on PASSCO's website (www.passco.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Any bid submitted other than the prescribed format may be declared non-responsive. In accordance with Regulation 4 of the Declaration of Beneficial Owners' information of Public Procurement Contract Awarded Regulations, all procuring agencies engaging in contracts worth Rs. 50 Million and above must provide beneficial ownership information as prescribed. A pre-bid meeting will be held at **11:00 AM on 24th September 2026** at the PASSCO Head Office, 11 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on or before **11:00 AM on Tuesday, 29th September 2026**. Bids will be opened the same day at **11:30 AM** in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Sealed envelopes containing the prescribed bid proforma may also be submitted at the time of bid submission. Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and submit bids timely through the EPAD system. It is advisable to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries and understand the bidding process fully.
