Tender Description
The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for outsourcing the management and operations of two health facilities located in Islamabad: Isolation Hospital and Infectious Treatment Centre (IHITC) and Regional Blood Centre Islamabad. This initiative aims to enhance operational performance, improve clinical management, and ensure patient-centric care with high blood transfusion standards.
The procurement will be conducted under a Public-Private Partnership mode through EPADs, adopting a single stage-two envelope bidding procedure.
