Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical and Disposables Medical Devices and IT Equipment

Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology (NSIC) Sargodha invites eligible bidders for a Framework Contract for the procurement of essential medical goods and IT equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes two main lots: - Lot 1: Bulk Purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical and Disposables Medical Devices with an estimated cost of Rs. 980,000,000/- - Lot 2: Purchase of Laptops and IT Equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000/- Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot via the E-PADS portal. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, payable via CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, valid for 180 days. The bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of the CEO/Dean NSIC Sargodha. Conditional bank guarantees will not be accepted. Technical bids must be accompanied by the bid security and submitted before the deadline. Bids will be opened on 14-11-2026 at 11:30 AM, 30 minutes after the closing time, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids will be rejected. In case of a public holiday on the closing date, the next working day will be considered the deadline. Interested bidders should ensure they are registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
