Procurement of Liquid Medical Oxygen (Medical Grade) for DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Liquid Medical Oxygen (Medical Grade) on a framework contract basis for the Financial Year 2026-27 under the budgetary umbrella of the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department. This procurement is on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Items being procured: - Liquid Medical Oxygen (Medical Grade) with an estimated quantity of 200,000 cubic meters - Installation of 02 Oxygen Tanks with a minimum capacity of 05 Tons each at Mother & Children Complex and Main DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura The tanks will remain the property of the company supplying the oxygen, and no rent or transportation charges for the tanks will be paid by the hospital. Bidders must prepare and submit bids enlisting all items/products intended to be quoted, attaching all relevant documents and samples as required by the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Prices should be quoted per unit and inclusive of all taxes as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid Security must be submitted as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules. All original affidavits mentioned in the bidding documents must be received by the Procurement Branch before the closing date and time. Late applications will not be entertained. The last date for uploading/submission of E-Bids is 14th November 2026 till 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of the bidding firms.
