Consultancy Services for Third Party Validation of RMA Maintenance Works Under Annual Maintenance Plan 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites proposals from reputable consultants (Engineering Organizations/Firms) for consultancy services involving third party validation of Routine Maintenance Activities (RMA) under the Annual Maintenance Plan for the years 2021-22 through 2024-25. The consultancy aims to ensure compliance and quality validation of maintenance works executed under the plan. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled on 16th December 2025. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 8th January 2026, and technical proposals will be opened the same day. The consultancy requires firms to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and enlistment on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
