Tender Description
Sindh Bank Limited invites e-bids for the printing and supply of printed stationery for its Head Office and 330 online branches across Pakistan. The procurement includes a wide range of printed materials such as registers, forms, vouchers, envelopes, and other stationery items as detailed in the financial bid schedule. The contract is extendable for a further two years on mutual consent under the same terms and conditions.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with eligibility criteria including financial and technical qualifications. The bidding process will be conducted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) with a bid validity of 90 days. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required from the successful bidder. Delivery is expected within 5 days of purchase order issuance with penalties for delay.
