The Health & Population Department invites electronic bids for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 for District Headquarters Hospital Vehari. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax, hold a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from Excise & Taxation Department, and be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (P-ePS). The bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 under a single stage two envelope procedure. A scanned copy of 2% bid security of the estimated cost per lot must accompany electronic bids.
