Bidders must submit their e-bids through the KPPRA e-bidding system, ensuring all technical proposals are uploaded as required. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security must be included, and all original documents should reach the office before the deadline. Only firms not blacklisted and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 are eligible. Affidavits confirming non-involvement in litigation with the C&W Division Dir Upper are mandatory.
