Widening Rehabilitation and Construction of Roads in Sialkot District

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the widening, rehabilitation, and construction of roads in the Sialkot district. Items being procured: - Widening Rehabilitation / Construction of Road from Adda Pragpur (Sialkot – Pasrur Road) To Ladhar (Ghuinke – Vario Road) Via Pragpur, Mandianwala, Walany, Kohar, Akewali & Kot Kora (Total Length = 13.26 Km), Taken Up Length = 11.46 Km - Widening / Construction of Road from Adda Rasoolpur Bhallian (Sialkot – Kingra Road) To Saddarwah (Badiana – Bhagowal Road) Via Kalahrawan, Nidoke Bhooni and Vinjal (Total Length = 12.92 Km), Taken Up Length = 11.62 Km The technical scope includes road construction and rehabilitation over a period of 18 months. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of the offer letter. Bids must be submitted digitally; no manual bids or banking instruments will be accepted. Authorized representatives may attend the tender opening on 21.10.2026 at 1300 hours at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle Gujranwala. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. Claims and payments will be processed through the Digital Measurement Book. Bidders should ensure their PEC registration is valid for the current financial year and carefully follow the digital submission process.
