Provision of Accommodation Services for Trainee Officers at Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore

The Inland Revenue Service Academy, Lahore, under the Federal Board of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, is seeking bids for the provision of accommodation services specifically for approximately 60 trainee officers. This procurement is focused on hiring a suitable building within Lahore city limits, preferably near Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and DHA Lahore, that meets health and hygiene standards. The technical scope requires a building with more than 60 rooms, each equipped with queen size beds, mattresses, daily changed bed sheets and pillow covers, wardrobes with hangers, refrigerators, and air-conditioning (either inverter AC or simple AC with electric heaters in winters). Each room must have a washroom with basin, commode with Muslim shower, wall shower with hot and cold water, towels, soap, and bath chapples. The building owner must provide 24/7 room service, breakfast and dinner as per IRSA approved menu, and dedicated parking for officers. Eligibility criteria include ownership or authorized representation of the building, submission of attested ownership documents, approved building map, CNIC copies, and a bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order. Bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all applicable government taxes. The lease agreement will be for one year, extendable for another year, with specific termination notice periods.
