Prequalification of Book Sellers for Procurement of Library Books/Material/Resources for University of Rasul

University of Rasul invites bids from reputed organizations and firms for prequalification for the procurement of library books having requisite experience, financial strength, and desirous to get themselves prequalified for calendar years 2026 and 2027. Items being procured: - Prequalification of Book Sellers for Procurement of Library Books/Material/Resources (Quantity: 15,000 for year 2026-27) Bidding documents are available from the date of publication and can be downloaded without any fee from the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and University of Rasul (www.uorm.edu.pk) websites. Sealed bids prepared in conformity with bidding instructions must be submitted through E-Procurement Punjab (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) to the office of the Director Purchase no later than 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives with valid authority letters. Bidders must submit Bid Security through Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as per Punjab E-Procurement Portal procedures. An affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper, copies of Income Tax certificate, GST and/or PST certificates showing active status must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. The University is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier firms or post office. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as closing date. University management may reject bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The official PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) shall be the exclusive source for advertisement publication date calculation.
