Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Officer TMA Dara Adam Khel

The Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO) of TMA Dara Adam Khel invites bids through the E-PADS system for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery under tender number MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual). This procurement is based on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (14(2b)) and requires bidders to be registered with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration for the current financial year, and enlistment with Local Council Board, active KPPRA & Active Status with FBR as per the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's centralized enlistment policy. Items being procured: - Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydraulic Mini Dumper Bodies (CHANGAN SHERPA POWER 1.2L) or any provided by the Procuring Entity (Quantity: 2) - Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Heavy-Duty Tractor Trolleys compatible with Millat Tractor MF-260 (60 HP) complete in all respects as per specifications (Quantity: 1) - Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Front-End Loader and Backhoe Attachment on Millat Tractor Model MF-385 (85 HP), 4WD supplied by the Procuring Entity (Quantity: 1) The scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of the specified solid waste machinery to meet operational requirements. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through E-PADS and also deliver sealed bids to the TMO office at Dara Adam Khel before the deadline. Earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required as per bid submission rules. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC specialization codes ME05 for Lifting, Handling and Material Processing Plants and ME06(1) for Specialized Fabrication and Treatment, along with FBR registration and tax compliance. Technical proposals must be numbered and tabbed, and non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected. The financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened.
