Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab Lahore invites technical and financial bids for the Acquisition of SWIFT Independent Security Assessment Service. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Items being procured:
- SWIFT Independent Security Assessment Service
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 29-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
The scope includes a comprehensive independent security assessment of the SWIFT system, ensuring compliance with security standards and identifying vulnerabilities. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
This tender notice is also available on the PPRA website and the Bank of Punjab website. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bids.
