Group Health Insurance of Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Staff for FY 2026-27

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from income tax and sales tax registered firms, bidders, or companies having at least rating AA- for the group health insurance of the bank's staff for the financial year 2026-27 in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 on Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Process as per AJK PPR Rule 36(b). Items being procured: - Group health insurance coverage for bank staff for FY 2026-27 The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Head Office Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK until 28-10-2026 during working hours 9 am to 5 pm. Interested bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals by 29-10-2026 till 01:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Delayed or conditional bids will not be entertained. The bid security amount is Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee in the name of Bank of AJK. Bids without bid security or incomplete tenders will be rejected outrightly. Financial bids must include all taxes levied in AJK. Firms must have valid NTN (Income Tax and GST), relevant tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR/CBR. Blacklisted firms or bidders are prohibited from participation. All bidders must furnish an affidavit/certificate confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with the government anywhere in the territory of the State of AJK or Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules. Evaluation reports and award of contract will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Proposals/bids should be valid for a minimum period of 120 days. Submission and opening of tender documents will be at the Credit Administration Division, Head Office, Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Nazir Plaza, Gojra Bypass Road, Muzaffarabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is in the correct form and amount, and submit your technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes as per the two-envelope procedure to avoid disqualification.
