ACs and Networking Equipment for AI Computer Lab (MG-03), Shared Block, IIUI

The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for procurement of ACs and Networking Equipment for the AI Computer Lab (MG-03), Shared Block, IIUI located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Networking Equipment including Managed Huawei/H3C Layer-3 Managed Switch (48 × 2.5GbE RJ45, 4 × 10G SFP+), Corning Cat-6A S/FTP LSZH cables (4 boxes), Cat-6A Shielded Keystone Jacks (40), Single-Port Face Plates with Back Boxes (40), 48-Port Shielded Cat-6A Patch Panel (1), Cat-6A Shielded Patch Cords 1m (40) and 3m (40), 22U Floor Standing Network Rack with PDU, Fan Tray & Shelf (1), Horizontal/Vertical Cable Managers (4), OM3 Multimode 12-Core Fiber Cable (100m), OM3 LC Duplex Fiber Pigtails (12), 12-Core LIU Fiber Patch Panel with Splice Tray (1), Duplex LC Couplers (12), 10G SR Multimode SFP+ Modules (2), Adam G Ducts 40×40mm (30) and 60×40mm (10), OM3 Duplex LC-LC Fiber Patch Cords (2), and installation & testing including cabling, labeling, Fluke testing and commissioning (1 complete job). - Lot 2: Air Conditioners including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 2.0 Ton (24,000 BTU/hr) DC Inverter Split Air Conditioners (4 units) with indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drain piping, wiring, remote control, mounting brackets, and accessories. Specifications include rotary/twin rotary compressor with T3 technology, R410a refrigerant, minimum EER/CSPF 3.2, washable antibacterial filters, and warranty of 10 years compressor, 4 years PCB, and 1 year parts. Extra materials such as refrigerant pipes, power cables, PVC ducts, circuit breakers, flexible drain pipes, and UPVC drain pipes are also included. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidders must submit bids electronically on EPADS by Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Original bid security and tender participation fee must be submitted physically to the Purchase and Store Section, Office #213, Second Floor, Admin Block, IIUI, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline.
