The Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division Lahore invites bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for adaptive changes including addition and alteration in the building of Punjab Food Authority to serve as Narcotics Control Station and Punjab CNF Training Academy in Lahore. Items being procured: - Adaptive Changes (Addition Alteration) in the Building of Punjab Food Authority to Serve as Narcotics Control Station - Punjab CNF Training Academy, Lahore The estimated cost is Rs.78,895,000 with an earnest money requirement of 5% of the estimated cost. The contract duration is 18 months. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and have a valid PEC License with category C-4 or above and specialization code CE10 for the current financial year 2026-27. The contractor must produce the original PEC License with the requisite specialization codes. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the specified deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender documents including technical and financial bids are to be submitted online. The last date for submission of technical and financial bids is 14th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
