Renovation and Maintenance Works at ECP Secretariat Islamabad by Capital Development Authority

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on percentage basis from firms having valid PEC License in relevant category and registered with FBR for various renovation and maintenance works at the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Secretariat, Islamabad. The procurement is managed through the EPADS v2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Renovation of Conference Room at ECP Secretariat - Establishment of Centralized Monitoring and Coordination Control Center with necessary equipment at ECP Secretariat - Shifting of Office Accommodation of DEC Islamabad from existing building to NIE Building, H-9, ECP Secretariat (E&M Works) - E&M and Civil related works at ECP Secretariat - Construction of Prefabricated Gym at 5th floor rooftop old block ECP Secretariat (Providing and placement of gym equipment) - Miscellaneous repair maintenance works at ECP Secretariat Sector G-5 - Repair and Maintenance works at ECP Secretariat Building including replacement of compressor, installation of lights, air conditioner and fire extinguisher cylinder - Provision and replacement of guide rail shoe of elevator, repair and maintenance works, E&M related repair and maintenance works and repair of lift call button at ECP Secretariat These works cover electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance and construction activities at the ECP Secretariat premises in Islamabad. The scope includes installation, repair, shifting of office accommodation, and construction of gym facilities with equipment. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC license, be registered with FBR, and be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Earnest money deposits are specified for each lot and must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) in favor of Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDA. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security and original CDRs before tender opening. Certificates on judicial stamp paper regarding litigation status are also required. The last date for uploading tenders is 23-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, with public opening of bids at 12:00 Noon on the same day. Lots 1 to 5 will be opened in the office of Director, Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA, while lots 6 to 8 will be opened in the office of Deputy Director (E&M), Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA, both located at the Prime Minister's Office (Public Building).
