Tender Description
TEVTA Secretariat Lahore invites bids for the addition and alteration work of the Conference Room at TEVTA Secretariat, Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Tendering system (EPADS) ensuring transparency and ease of participation for contractors and firms registered with Punjab PPRA, PEC, FBR, and PRA for the current financial year. The contractor must hold a valid PEC license with specialization codes CE10, EE11, and category C6 or above.

The scope includes civil works for the conference room addition and alteration, following the standard execution form used by C&W. The contractor must ensure all bid pages are signed and stamped, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 2.0% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Conditional bids or those without earnest money/bid security will be rejected.
The tender documents including the BOQ are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites http://punjabeprocure.govt.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bid opening will be conducted by the Tenders Opening Committee (TOC) in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility requires PEC registration category C5 and above with relevant specialization codes. FBR and PRA registration are mandatory. The performance guarantee is 10% of the contract amount.
The deadline for bid submission is **17.11.2026 till 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at **11:30 AM** on the same day. Bidders should note that if a holiday is declared, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC license and specialization codes are up to date and clearly mentioned in your bid to avoid disqualification. Also, register early on EPADS to avoid last-minute technical issues.
