District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the Annual Contract for the Financial Year 2026–27. The contract involves civil works including construction, repair, and decoration of office buildings, chowks, and residential colonies for officers and staff. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 16-11-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad. Only electronic bids will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will be rejected. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted.
