Addition and Rehabilitation of Existing Colleges Facilities at GBDC and GGDC Nasirabad Larkana

The Executive Engineer, College Education Works Division Larkana, invites bids for the addition and rehabilitation of missing facilities in existing colleges at GBDC and GGDC Nasirabad, District Kamber-Shahdadkot, Sindh. This project is funded under the Provincial ADP Schemes for the financial year 2025-26 with an estimated cost of **PKR 41,000,000**. The scope includes dismantling, brickwork, reinforced concrete, roofing, plastering, painting, flooring, water supply installations, and other civil works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. The works are to be executed at the GBDC Hostel Block near BNB Girls College Road, Larkana. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR and SRB registrations. Experience of at least five years in similar government sector projects is mandatory. The technical bid will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis with a minimum qualifying score of 75 marks. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. The bid security amount is **PKR 2,050,000** and the performance security is 5% of the bid amount. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. The deadline for submission of bids is **18 May 2026 at 11:00 AM** at the GBDC Hostel Block near BNB Girls College Road, Larkana. Bids must be submitted in person or by registered mail in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Financial proposals. Late submissions will be rejected.
