Sanitation Schemes Jamrud and Bara, District Khyber

The Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Project Implementation Unit under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for sanitation schemes in District Khyber. The procurement is for two sanitation schemes: Sanitation Scheme Jamrud and Sanitation Scheme Bara, both located in District Khyber. Items being procured: - Sanitation Scheme Jamrud, District Khyber (Contract Package No. KH-SNW-01) with an estimated cost of PKR 385.391 Million and bid security of PKR 7,707,850 - Sanitation Scheme Bara, District Khyber (Contract Package No. KH-SNW-02) with an estimated cost of PKR 594.470 Million and bid security of PKR 11,890,000 The scope includes construction and implementation of sanitation infrastructure in the specified districts. Bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers November 2020. The bidding process follows a two-envelope system with technical and financial bids submitted separately. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director, PIU KP-RIISP.
