The College Education Works Karachi Division invites bids for the Addition and Rehabilitation including provision of missing facilities of existing colleges in Karachi Region District East, specifically at Adamjee Government Science College Karachi. Items being procured include: - Dismantling cement concrete 1:2:4 and reinforced concrete - Removing cement or lime plaster - Removing doors and windows with chowkats - Scraping white wash, distemper, and old paint from surfaces - Excavation in foundation and cement concrete works - Reinforced cement concrete work for roof slabs, beams, columns, lintels - Fabrication and fixing of deformed steel reinforcement - Cement plastering and floating coat application - Fixing G.I. frames for doors and windows - Supplying and fixing aluminium channels with tinted glass and fly screens - Laying porcelain tiles, marble flooring, and cement paving blocks - Painting and distempering of surfaces - Providing and fixing iron steel grills - Water supply and sanitary works including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, floor traps, valves, bathroom accessories, mirrors, manholes, and fiber glass tanks - Supply and fixing of UPVC pipes and fittings - Construction of chambers for house meters - Other related civil and sanitary works as per specifications The technical scope covers civil works, fiber acoustic ceiling installation, and water supply and sanitary fittings. The site is located in Karachi, Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE09 & CE10, have valid FBR and SRB registration, and meet the mandatory eligibility criteria including experience, financial soundness, and technical staff qualifications. The bid security is Rs. 2,275,000 and tender fee Rs. 5,000 payable via Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer, College Education Works, Karachi Division. Bids must be submitted online through the EPAD portal before 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works, Karachi Division, Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarter, Karachi. Original tender fee, bid security, and e-stamping affidavits must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail before bid opening.
