Addition and Rehabilitation of Missing Facilities at Siraj-Ud-Daula Government College Liaquatabad Karachi

The College Education Works Karachi Division invites bids for the Addition and Rehabilitation of Missing Facilities at Siraj-Ud-Daula Government College, Liaquatabad, Karachi under ADP No. 193 of 2026-2027. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, masonry, plastering, flooring with porcelain tiles and marble, painting, reinforced concrete work, steel fabrication, and water supply and sanitary installations. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete and block masonry - Cement plastering and floating coat - Excavation and concrete works for foundations - Masonry walls and reinforced concrete structural elements - Installation of G.I. frames for doors and windows - Joinery works for doors and windows - Flooring with porcelain tiles and marble - Painting and distempering of surfaces - Stone cladding and waterproofing - Fabrication and fixing of steel grated doors - Water supply fixtures including W.C. pans, basins, valves, and sanitary fittings - Construction of inspection chambers and fiber glass tanks - Laying and fixing of UPVC pipes and fittings The technical scope covers site preparation, material supply, installation, and finishing works as per PWD specifications and approved designs. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, have valid FBR and SRB registrations, and demonstrate relevant experience with similar government projects. Bid security of Rs. 1,850,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD portal by 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works Karachi Division, Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarter, Karachi. Original tender fee, bid security, and e-stamping affidavits must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the same office before bid opening.
