The Executive Engineer Building CWPP&H Department Dera Bugti invites bids from eligible bidders for additional work at GBHS Pirkoh for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Additional work at GBHS Pirkoh (B/C: 8264) PSDP NO 4860 Z2026.3311 with estimated cost Rs. 96,519,027. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least Rs. 67,563,318 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required. Tender fee Rs. 2000 in account C-02716 is mandatory. The bidder must not have pending litigation or court cases related to contractual disputes, fraud, corruption, or other serious offenses.
