Fortification of Thanas and Posts PP Chashma-II Kalat Range District Kalat

The Building CWPP&H Department District Kalat invites bids for the fortification of Thanas and Posts PP Chashma-II Kalat Range District Kalat for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Fortification of Thanas and Posts PP Chashma-II Kalat Range District Kalat with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,976,721. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least Rs. 7,683,704 PKR in subsequent previous years showing financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works) is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,000. Bid security of 2% must accompany the bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender submission deadline is 21 October 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents and bid security are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
