Tender Description
The Directorate General Public Relations (Air Force) Air Headquarters Islamabad is seeking to appoint an advertising agency for major Pakistan Air Force communication campaigns. This procurement is specifically for agencies capable of providing creative, technical, and operational support for national events and institutional messaging in Islamabad.
The scope includes campaign planning, design support, print handling, audio visual production, and thematic communication approaches. Agencies must demonstrate experience in handling campaigns related to Flight Safety, Base Procurement, national events such as 23rd March, Independence Day, and 6th September, as well as CAS messages and facilitation materials. The agency will also be responsible for media planning across print, electronic, outdoor, digital, and social media platforms.
Eligibility requires a proven portfolio of previous campaigns, strong creative and technical capabilities, and operational readiness. Agencies should be registered with FBR and ideally have relevant experience with government or military institutions. The final presentation is scheduled for 19 May 2026 at 1100 Hrs at the DGPR (AF) office in Islamabad. Interested bidders must submit a nomination letter on company letterhead before the presentation.
